NúcleoOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

NúcleoOS uses AI services (including Anthropic Claude API) to power certain features. Any Google user data processed through these AI services is used solely to generate the specific output requested by the user in real time. This data is not used by NúcleoOS or any AI provider to train or improve generalized models. All AI API calls are made under data processing agreements that prohibit use of submitted data for model training.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data obtained through Google APIs, including encrypted storage and transmission, access controls limited to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews.
