Terms of Service
NúcleoOS ("the Platform", "the App", "we", "us") is an integrated suite of automation tools developed and operated by Gabriel Simone. The Platform enables users to manage content creation, social media publishing, client relationships, sales, and business operations through a set of interconnected modules.
NúcleoOS currently includes the following features and modules. Each may be subject to additional specific terms where noted:
To access NúcleoOS, you must create an account using a valid email address and username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You may update your password and username at any time from Account Settings.
By connecting a social media account (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google) via OAuth, you authorize NúcleoOS to act on your behalf on that platform as described in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy.

All content you publish through NúcleoOS is your sole responsibility. The Platform operator (Gabriel Simone) is not liable for content published via the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws and the terms of each connected platform.
Copyright note: Publishing content containing copyrighted material (commercial music, licensed video, etc.) without proper authorization may result in account restrictions imposed by the social media platform, including temporary publishing bans. NúcleoOS has no control over these platform-side enforcement actions.
NúcleoOS uses official APIs provided by TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube/Google, and other services. All integrations are operated in compliance with the respective platform's API Terms of Service and Developer Policies. API availability and feature scope are subject to change by those third-party platforms at any time.
Certain features or access tiers within NúcleoOS may require payment, processed via MercadoPago or Stripe. Payment terms, refund policies, and subscription details are presented at the point of purchase. The operator reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, as the Platform depends on third-party APIs (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google, Cloudflare, Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) that may change their availability, pricing, or policies at any time without notice.
The operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: publishing failures, API downtime, platform policy enforcement actions, data loss, or loss of business. The operator's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to the Platform in the preceding 3 months.
Access may be revoked at any time at the operator's discretion for violations of these Terms. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting the operator. You may also independently revoke the Platform's access to any connected social media account at any time from that platform's settings.
These Terms may be updated as the Platform evolves, new features are added, or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes shall be submitted first to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
